Here at thecreek we try to give you a lot of flexibility of how you shepherd your students well. We also want to have clear communication on our exceptions for small group leaders. In this video Pastor Olivia will go over our expectations in the video above.

- Do your absolute best to be present at least 3 out of 4 Sundays a month.
- If you ARE going to have to miss, please make sure to let our staff know with as much heads up as possible so we can make sure every group is covered
- Show up to the contributor huddles before service
- Destroy the perimeter
- Set the tone and pace by actively participating in service
